Why does it get hot when charging?
Explanation of Heating Issue During Use:
It is normal for the power bank to become a bit warm while charging. According to the principle of energy conversion, electrical energy inevitably generates heat during the conversion and transmission process. When the product is operating at full capacity, the temperature will increase. Please use it with confidence. To prolong its lifespan, we recommend letting the product rest a bit after charging.
If it becomes too hot to use, please contact us again.
Why does the battery power drain so quickly when used for the first time?
To use the powerbank for the first time, drain the battery to 0% and then charge it continuously until it reaches 100%. The charging time depends on the mAh of the powerbank and whether you are using a fast charging cable and adapter.
Why does charging become slow during fast charging?
If the charge of the power bank has reached 80%, it can stop or slow down its charging to preserve the life of the battery. This is not a product quality issue. It is set to fast charging mode when the battery level is between 0% to 70% and current limiting (slow charging) mode is between 70% to 100%. The purpose of current limiting mode is to cool down the battery cells and extend battery life. I hope you understand.
Why does charging the power bank not work?
Please try using a different charger or data cable to charge the power bank. If you do not see any lightning symbol, it indicates an issue with the power bank. Please take a picture or video and contact us again.
Why does the fan not work after open the power button?
If the fan cannot be work normally, you can try to change the charger or data cable to ensure that it is charged before use
Why can't I find the device via Bluetooth after turning on the Bluetooth speaker?
It is recommended to fully charge the speaker, then turn on the speaker power, enter the settings of the device you want to connect to, and search for the device name of the speaker you want to connect to. Note that one speaker can only connect to one device via Bluetooth, so please confirm if there is a device already connected but not yet disconnected.
